HEPA Air Filter with Clapboards
Wave clapboards could precisely keep the distance between pleats. Under minimum resistance, maximum using the filtration materials.
180 pleats on two sides of the filter come into pleating layers. When the material bents, 2 pressing marks will appear which makes boxed clapboard layers on the end. Boxed clapboard layers could prevent the damage of filtration materials.

HEPA Air Filter without Clapboard
HEPA Air Filter without Clapboard use glass fibers as its filtration material, use polyurethane adhesive to fix the materials on light aluminium frames. We add protecting net on both in/out air flow sides to protect the filter papers.
All the production process（paper pleating，glue pouring，testing）all finish in the workshops，to assure the cleanliness of filters.
